Things I will prioritize in 2025

Hello and happy Thursday!

Are you adapting well back at work? Or are you just like me, death-starring co-workers?

Jokes aside I know it’s hard to manage all these emotions back at work after you’ve been probably overly stimulated during this holiday season, but for this is today’s topic: prioritizing yourself!

And if this concept looks like catshit to you, it’s ok; I’ve been there too, but it’s also ok to start trusting the process, and for extra motivation, I’ll list the things that I try to prioritize in 2025.

  • Saying no to extra tasks while I haven’t achieved my goals yet;
  • Time spent outside;
  • My sleep;
  • My body’s wishes (yeah, if I feel like eating steak over fruits, I’ll do it, if I feel to procrastinate, I’ll do it);
  • My mental health;
  • My personal time;
  • Working out more;
  • Tea time;
  • Focusing on making more from what I have and spending less;
  • Putting money aside;
  • Speaking the languages I learn;
  • Diversifying my meals;
  • Introducing collagen meals and natural probiotics;
  • Reading time;
  • Podcasts;
  • Pinterest;
  • Accepting my family as it is and not parenting them;
  • Alone time;
  • Overall, ME!

These are a few things that bugged me over the last year, and I try to put the work on changing them this year! However, time will tell! What about you, what would you love to prioritize this year in order to achieve #adreamerlife?
