Good afternoon dreamers!
As I want to continue yesterday’s trend, today it’s time to talk about Praid Salt mine!
Located in Praid, Hargita, this salt mine has a depth of 120 m from the surface and a multitude of facilities beyond the salty air that helps your health!

Starting with Wi-fi, a natural drugstore, a first aid saloon, cafes, and restaurants the place offers you a vibe that doesn’t exactly match the old mining vibes, but more modern days!

Of course, spaces where you can have the benefits of aerosols are created, even fitness hours are hosted, and for the ones more spiritual, there is a church you can visit, or even assist with ceremonies when they are hosted.

One thing that I love in comparison with Slanic Salt Mine, is that they have an adventure park that encourages the kids to be more active!

The temperature was beyond 10 degrees, but as they say on their website is a medium of 16 Celsius.

Besides all the facilities I already mentioned, keep in mind that you can enjoy the therapeutic benefits, while buying souvenirs, letting kids enjoy carousels, tasting wine, watching sculptures, and enjoying the museum which provides exhibits of the tools used to mine, and even take a visit to the planetarium.

The access to the mine is by bus, which depending on the amount of visitors, takes more or less trips, and the tickets are around 10 euros.

One thing I find a good expansion of the salt mine is the salt pool they also have in the administration!

It’s not the largest or tallest salt mine, however it’s not the smallest either, and what I find impressive is that each salt mine in Romania is different and has something special of its own!

Unfortunately, it was pretty crowded, unlike Slanic, but I made the most of it anyhow!

I encourage you to visit this one too, and let me know what you think, of course, after checking for any potential health risks on their webpage!
Until next time, I wish you #adreamerlife!
