Hello dreamers and happy weekend!
As I pack for what’s the beginning of the holidays for me, I decided to share my two miracle skincare products that are always with me.
I’m not the person to promote skincare products, as I think it’s a dermatologist’s job, my dermatologist is kinda to my queen as it saved my face from a painful procedure, but this is another talk. Today I want to share with you what she recommended me for my acne.
For reference, I hadn’t been suffering from acne, needed everyday care, and to go down the rabbit hole. However, when I have acne episodes I have nodules under my skin that hurt like hell, and of course blackheads. Also, to me, the last harsh acne episode had also itchiness, but it was stress-related.
Of course, I have regular menstrual pimples, but as the goddess said, the “treatment” is for everyday use. If you use it, it will work. Well, probably if I used it everyday, I wouldn’t have anything on my face, but from time to time I am too lazy to get up and apply my night cream.
Now, let’s talk about the two products that she recommended to me for daily use, and that got me rid of the blackheads too.
- Effaclar Duo
- Duac Gel
And while the first one you can get everywhere, the second one is with a prescription. She recommended I apply Effaclar each morning, and Duac each evening before bed. Wash it in the morning and have this cycle. To me, these two products combined are pure gold. I upgraded the Effaclar with the SPF version, and I used it as a primer even if I know it’s not, but it works wonders for a very natural teacher look with my foundation.
I know a skincare routine is more than these two products combined, but if you are in doubt about any of these I truly recommend you to try them with a dermatologist accord, as for me it was the perfect fit.
Remember each skin type is different, each body works differently and each environment differs so take your time to find out what’s best for you!
I wish you a great weekend, #adreamerlife, and see you soon!
