Manifest by Roxie Naffoussi

Good evening dreamers, how are you? Is the week going well, is spring around you? I really feel it, day by day even more. Today, I want to talk to you about a book that really changed my perspective, and I’m not one that believes in the power of “Self-help, changing, motivational” books. I really don’t. I do believe that they might have some fair points, that they might be on point on some topics, but I really don’t think books alone can transform your ENTIRE life. Can improve it, and can enlighten your perspective but not fully change lives!

Yet, I choose to talk about MANIFEST, by Roxie Nafousi. I found out about this book around the begging of the year, on Instagram, being recommended by Mihai Morar. It might’ve been a bit of an impulsive buy, but being promoted by someone I really respect, I went with it.

Now, why I ended up writing about the book? Well, this book talks about the magic behind Manifestation, a practice many want to conquer, and many more are associating it with the Law of Attraction.

I do believe in Manifestation and in the Law of attraction, but not as a magical practice where we make wishes and hope they become true. If it was that simple, well, we all know the world would look way different…

No, this book talks about tangible facts and ways to improve your mental state in order to become the person you want to become but also, who you truly are already in your heart.

This book explains in 7 steps how to rewire your brain. Yeah, exactly what you read, REWIRE. Well, we all know (the ones that we want to become better versions of ourselves at least) that everything through our lives, especially in childhood, wired our brains to perceive the world in a certain way. Most of the time, our brains are wired to be fearful of what could go wrong, what would people say, why to even try, I’m not worthy, and so on. Also, our brains are full of expectations and standards of the world we live in.

Manifest is not a miracle book. It’s a simple book, logical and easy to read, that allows you to change your perspective in 7 steps:

  • Be clear in your vision.
  • Remove fear and doubt.
  • Align your behavior.
  • Overcome tests from the universe.
  • Embrace gratitude without caveats.
  • Turn envy into inspiration.
  • Trust in the universe.

In this book, the author takes every single step, and explains it, with so much simplicity and so many (personal) examples.

Personally, I found it very helpful that she simplified so much the process of eliminating the limiting beliefs, but I think that every single one of the readers will find interesting another step.

I do recommend this book, cause it really shows the magic behind the curtain that LOA put on manifestation and it can be a step forward in your journey of changing your life.
