12 places to visit in Romania in 2025

Hello and happy Friday!

I know back to work after the winter holiday made us dream about some getaways, and this is why I am here today!

With Brasov on the list of Best of the World 2025 by National Geographic, Romania featured in Vogue, and Romania on the list from CNN when it comes to travel, I think it’s my duty to present you 12 places to visit in 2025, besides the mainstream!

ENISALA FORTRESS

Hidden on the Black Sea shore, this fortress survived the Turkish and Russian wars. Used as a military point, it was also thought to be a merchant spot for Genoeses.

And if you are there, you can also visit the Natural Peonies reservation!

ALBA IULIA

Alba Iulia, a city with an old town steeped in history and culture, is a hidden gem in Romania waiting to be explored.
