Hello dreamers and happy Monday! Are you ready to go back to work, or has the upcoming blue Monday already put its hands on you?
If you are in the mood, I want to talk about a challenge I created for my personal growth back in college, that I left for a while in stand-by. I think it’s efficient as it helps you focus only on one topic at a time. If you created a habit out of it, perfect, if not, it’s something more you’ve learned!
And as new beginnings stand for new opportunities, I want this month to focus on routines, cleaning, organizing, and planning. It’s one of the few steadiest months so, if not now, when?
So, for the current month, I want to focus on keeping my apartment clean, this is why I focus on 4 big days with 4 big tasks: Monday-Thursday, and Bathroom, Kitchen, Living area, and Whole. Using this method, I hope I get to keep my space more organized and almost always have less to do on the whole day. The program is as it follows:
- Monday: Kitchen and groceries for the week.
- Tuesday: Living area and doing laundry.
- Wednesday: Bathroom and laundry.
- Thursday: Deep clean.
If it is to talk about organizing and planning, think about spreadsheets, lots of spreadsheets and Gantt diagrams, for my Ph.D, for my budget, and for my tasks in order to be more productive and to have more time for me. Also, I will focus on planning my reading list, and my travels, and maybe, just maybe, my outfits!
I also got back to the traditional journaling by hand.
I would love to make a routine, but my boring life is unpredictable enough so that I get frustrated by not following that routine out of other reasons.
I also want to plan the monthly theme ahead, and content so I could easily be on time this year with seasonal topics!
What about you, what monthly themes do you think you need in order to live #adreamerlife?
