Well, hello, and good afternoon, dreamers!
As the first weekend of the year is upon us, I’ll briefly share with you some easy-going topics: 2025 lifestyle trends predictions. The new year is a great opportunity to refresh our lifestyle, and this is why we talk about what is going to be center stage this year.
Starting with what Pantone stated to be THE COLOR OF THE YEAR: Mocha mousse.

Not far away from Peach fuzz if you truly ask me, and not far away from what you could have actually been with all that craze in autumn: cherry red. I think it’s a nice color, that fits pretty well in the clean aesthetic vibe, in the minimalist wardrobe, and that can flatter anyone.
AESTHETICS
We started 2024 with Mob Wife aesthetics and ended up with a mix of Clean Girl and Office Siren. This year apparently we live our millennial dreams with Castle Core. Also, I could see the Old Money aesthetic sticking around, but with a touch of Black Swan core. Or not. Maybe it’s just my Pinterest feed. But DOLL UP, is sure a thing!
PRINTS AND PATTERN
After it was MIA for almost a decade, animal print is here to stay one more year at least, but think cheetah, zebra, and so much more! Actually, I’m pretty sure all of the animal prints will be displayed this year so we can go back to hating it by 2027.
Also, florals and closing prints will be the norm for the fashionistas, starting with clothes and entering the housing with curtain patterns, bedding, and even some statement furniture.
FASHION
For all the millennials reading this, the skinny jeans are truly back, and also we are starting to say bye-bye to oversized clothes as chinked jackets are back! Oh the good old days of tailored clothes are coming to light!
ENTERTAINMENT
After two years of being the most appreciated singer, Taylor Swift might have competition as another beloved singer promised a release in 2025: Ed Sheeran.
And, many movies are yet to come, especially Avatar 3 is to be expected.
True crime and podcasts won’t go anywhere. And why should they? An easy way to stay connected, to learn, and to multitask, cause who has the actual time to be fully invested in one more thing to learn?
HEALTH
The magnesium craze is here to stay, along with more mindful eating habits, incorporating even more protein in our daily meals.
Sound baths are the new Pilates apparently, but on this one, I am keeping my mouth shut.
Also, we are prone to be more mindful and more self-centered, and self-help and spiritual books might have a huge comeback.
EXPERIENCES
In 2025, we still prioritize experiences over ownership. But with these housing prices, who wouldn’t? I mean, housing prices are through the literal roof, so it’s better to invest in personal growth, travel, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
AI
What scares me pretty much is the AI craze. I get it, it’s easy, and it’s smarter than us, but it’s present everywhere, and people will integrate it even more in day-to-day activities like personalized trainers, cooks, and therapists. Don’t get me wrong, I love parking assistance and auto-correct, however, I would love to have my privacy back.
ECONOMICS
The collapse. The principles of basic economics state that recession is inevitable. However, with the rise of AI, and many other factors, is hard to actually predict what is going to happen. However, 2025 is going to be a rough year, financially speaking.
Two major conflicts, AI rising, post-election year in most of the world, 3 days into 2025, and already 2 attacks on the USA, climate change—we must be cautious with our money this year, is all I am saying.
But yeah, from color of the year to economics, from fashion to entertainment, you have here most of the trends that might occur in 2025. What is my favorite, you might ask? I think the color of the year and of course the comeback of skinny jeans and tailored clothes!
What about you? Which of these trends helps you live #adreamerlife?
