Hello dreamers, and happy Wednesday!
Thanksgiving is approaching, and even if I am not in the mood for Thanksgiving dinner or Friends-giving Day, I am here to share some ideas for a menu!
Yeah, it’s funny how we feel we need to parent our parents because they guilt-trip us into believing they are calling to check up on us, and then the fight comes, or how so-called friends call just for favors!
However, if my mood changes and things will get better, I would love to have a menu that includes:
Appetizers
- a charcuterie board with brie, camembert, dry salami, prosciutto, all kinds of grapes, pomegranate, cream cheese puffs, onions, Romanian ham, tomatoes, and olives.

Main dish
- stuffed turkey with veggies (bell peppers, carrots, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and thyme)
- mashed potatoes with red fruits and wine sauce (pomegranate and cranberry)
- pickled cabbage salad

Dessert
- A strawberry tart
When it comes to drinks you know I’m always down for wine, but also a strawberry tonic gin!

And that’s it!
