I know I must be delusional, but I do feel like it’s time to unwind from time to time, and today I am realistic!
I know I have a full program, yet I am willing to try my best, and I encourage you to do the same!
During the cold season, I think it’s better to approach a warmer, or hotter better-said solution and this is why the 3 recommendations I give for the season are actually series!
Beautiful Bastard Series by Christina Lauren
While it’s a series I read once upon a time, I find it very autumn-appropriate, to cozy up under the blankets and feel all the emotions these books will give you! And trust me, no matter how cold I am these books will heat you up! And if one isn’t enough, you have 10 stories to choose from!
Hart’s Boardwalk Series by Samantha Young
This one I haven’t read and it’s on my list as the last part from Dublin Street opened the way! 5 hot stories about the new character presented in On Hart’s Boardwalk Book (6.7) As I love Samantha Young, I think the ratio between drama, hotties, love, and smut will be just perfect!
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
Another book I’ve read way too long ago and that I would love to re-read! I think the movie did justice to the book, however, the way the author describes in detail the world of luxury and his experiences once he is in it is absolutely perfect! Fall is about transitioning, and Jay Gatsby makes the most of it in the journey to impress his love! Also, if you are a fan of Gossip Girl, you must make it a priority this fall to take time and enjoy this beauty of a book.
I know it’s not necessarily a big list of new books on the shelf, however, these are my picks for the upcoming season! I’ll let you enjoy this day, as I go back to work!
