Oh, hello dreamers, and good evening!
Today was such a harsh day, that trust me, I want to sleep so bad, but I still have some exercises to do and a strawberry pie!
However, before that, I decided to share an easy recipe for anyone who loves that you don’t have to supervise while doing it!
Basically, as the title states, it’s a tenderloin with veggies in the oven that can be an easy and healthy meal!
Ingredients
- 1 piece tenderloin
- 2 potatoes
- 10-20 cherry tomatoes
- half of a bell pepper
- 1 kapia pepper
- 1 beetroot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 head of garlic
- 100 g butter
- water
- salt
- pepper
- chilli flakes
- oregano
- thyme
Recipe
- First, you start with the brine. boiling water pour some salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, and thyme. All to your taste!
- Wash the tenderloin and clean any nonedible part, basically wrought it, then put it in the brine. Leave it for about half an hour.
- Line an oven tray, and pour the tenderloin and the brine into the oven, at about 150 Celsius temperature for about half an hour, making sure you turn the loin on all sides from time to time, and cover it on brine.
- While it’s in the oven, prepare the veggies, by peeling, washing, and cutting them. As potatoes and beetroot won’t be boiled, cut them into small cubes.
- After you finish it, add them to your meat and let them in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- After half an hour, check the potatoes and beetroot to see if they are cooked, and add the butter.
- Leave it for about 10 minutes to cook then stop the oven. Put it on a plate with the veggie garnish and enjoy!
It’s a simple recipe that I tried out of nowhere and got it just perfect!

This is it for today! I leave before falling asleep in front of the laptop!
Have an amazing evening and #adreamerlife!
