Hello dreamers and good evening!
On this snowy winter evening, let’s cozy up with a cup of tea, and let’s discuss change!
Yeah, the new year always brings changes. In the political field, economic, legislation so why not in our lives?
Some of us are bringing the change with a smile on our faces, knowing it’s exactly what we need, while others fear it like it’s the worst enemy!
But what is change after all?
In my opinion, it’s just an opportunity to grow. Some say when things change, you level up, and I am keen to believe it!
When we are cozy in our routines, it’s easy, actually, it’s that easy that we do things on autopilot! We don’t remember parts of our commute, we don’t remember buying things, cooking food and so much more.
On the other hand, when we talk about change, our brains already wired themselves to fear it, as it’s an unknown theory. Everything seems completely undesirable when it comes to change.
No matter how big or small, how important or not it is. Imagine meeting a crash on your commute. You have an alternative route, however, you get so frustrated when you can’t have the route you know.
The same applies to every inch of our lives! And how to embrace it you might ask if it’s the title of this article.
Well firstly by accepting its natural form. You can’t do anything about it. It will happen no matter your preferences.
Then, you should see the good part in everything, it’s an opportunity to grow, to learn, to become better.
And the last thing in my opinion is to remember that you survived every change in your life, no matter how scary. Talk about COVID-19, either if lockdown scared you, or going back to society, exams, all kinds of exams, internships, college, new job, being fired, moving out, break ups, therapy, new profession, new friends. All of these were changes in the initial premises of your life, and you survived each of them. Statistically, you have a 100% chance to win over any change that occurs.
But, it’s just the opinion of a tired teacher, who sees change every single academic year, every New Year, every month, and every day, it’s not like I’m an expert or something.

However, see you tomorrow, but as always I hope you have #adreamerlife!
