Kickstart Your Year: 30-Day Wellness Challenge

Hello dreamers and Happy Tuesday!

As the holiday season comes to an end, and the New Year showers us with oxytocin, dopamine, and the other happy and hopefully hormones, it’s time to take advantage and use them in our favor!

It’s known that New Year resolutions aren’t a real thing, and the ones standing here for so long, know that I’m not into that trend.

Instead, I’m into realistic goals, smart goals, and challenges. So, today I want to talk to you about a 30-day Challenge you can start today and that can kickstart 2024!

I designed this challenge to create a growing environment for myself, as I overdid my goals list, and I’m pretty sure I need small wins to keep motivated once I go back to work on the 8th.

I also need to keep in touch with myself, and reality in order to avoid burnout and maybe have some little fun.
These might seem pretty diverse and aleatory, but they are meant to touch some sensitive parts of ourselves. They are also not meant to feel like a burden.
At the end of these 30 days, you should have a little more clarity about this year.

Day 1: Start a journal. With your thoughts, ideas, dreams, problems,m whatever you want! I have a little black book I use.
Day 2: Make a reading list and download or order one of the books.
Day 3: Make a playlist with songs that give you power, or relax you.
Day 4: Write down all of the things you would love to be able to do: snowboarding, sewing, boxing, whatever you want.
Day 5: Clean up your bathroom.
Day 6: Buy a green living plan. A succulent or a cactus is still a plant.
Day 7: Dance on the playlist you created on day 3 or meditate.
Day 8: Clean your workspace.
Day 9: Search for that movie that made you believe in happiness or love!
Day 10: Start the book from day 2.
Day 11: Make a business plan for your life in the next 5 years!
Day 12: Clean the kitchen.
Day 13: Remember day 4? Search and download a skill lab, or a course, or subscribe for a class on one of the things on the list.
Day 14: Create a mood board for your life, yeah a new one if you already have one!
Day 15: Clean your bedroom.
Day 16: Buy a new bedding sheet set. A white one of possible.
Day 17: Explore your town. Find something you didn’t know about and write it down.
Day 18: Clean your wardrobe. Yeah, I know, but you should really get over that outfit and throw it away. Or at least recycle it into a project. (pillow case or something)
Day 19: Make a list of things you need to buy in order to have your dream outfits.
Day 20: Drink a coffee alone in the city. No, it’s not weird.
Day 21: Write down everyone you look up to.
Day 22: Say I love you to your parents, or your children, or both.
Day 23: Update or create your CV.
Day 24: Indulge in your favorite food.
Day 25: Only too fast today.
Day 26: Go to church, pray, or whatever you find spiritual or religious.
Day 27: Live a day like your dream self. Dress like it, walk like it, eat like it.
Day 28: Sleep in.
Day 29: Write a letter to yourself in 10 years.
Day 30: Breath. Outside for 10 min in a green space. Preferably in a forest.

Well, this is the 30-day challenge. If you give it a try, you should keep in mind to try to respect the scheduled dates as much as possible for the best result.

But at the end of the day, it’s up to you to decide!
