Autumn 2023 review

Good morning dreamers!

If we started yesterday with goodbyes from the season, I think it’s time to complete the process, as I would love to start December with the most Joyos vibes, so I think it’s time to review our autumn!

As hot as it was, it was felt more this month than the rest of it, however, I think I made as much as I could to enjoy it!

Goals you’ll find here:

And now it’s time to cross some things off the list:

  • Enjoy the changing of seasons: Well’ as stated before, It wasn’t so much an autumn, but mostly a late summer. However, I got to spend some gorgeous days outside to see the colors and scenery.
  • Go apple picking: Owning an orchard has its advantages. It was mandatory, and it was also pretty fun. Again, the summer vibes were more accurate than golden leaves.
  • Have fall photoshoots: I took 2-3 photoshoots. Aple picking, in the vineyard, in hammoch, and at St Ana Lake.
  • Have scenic drives to see the foliage. The scenic drives were more like errand drives, but we made the most of the things we needed to do.
  • Go mushroom picking. I actually went 3 times, once with luck.
  • Practice gratitude: I held the gratitude challenge once again, for 28 consecutive days!
  • Stargaze. Even though there were many astronomical events, I got to enjoy the Blue moon, less of the star showers.
  • Enjoy a cup of tea while raining. As I am working from school now, my time for me didn’t really match rainy days for chill. However, I got some cozy moments!
  • Cuddle up when the weather is changing. Unfortunately this year I felt pretty harsh with the changing of temperatures!
  • Make the most of pie season. I created a new recipe with caramel, as well as a new way for simple apples, cranberry, and pear.
  • Go down the rabbit hole with autumn movies. As stated in the previous article, I already finished Gossip Girl, caught up with Gilmore Girls, seen The Nightmare Before Christmas, and the Harry Potter series once again.
  • Buy and enjoy chrysanthemum. I didn’t buy them as I managed to get them from home, but for sure I enjoyed them.
  • Bake new recipes. As I already mentioned I designed a new recipe for pie, as well as I tried but can’t take credit for the recipe, some other sea fruit pasta, a new shrimp pasta idea.
  • Besides what was on my bucket list, I visited a new place, Timisoara, and attended my first conference as a Ph.D. D. I organized part of my niece’s baptize, and got to enjoy a full autumn week at home. I went to some other conference for work and took some scenic motorcycle rides.

It was a full season, but I’m grateful for making the most of it! Also, I’m so excited for the Holiday season and to share with you what I have planned!

Today I’m grateful for the amazing autumn I experienced! #gratitudechallenge

Until next time, have #adreamerlife!
