Hello dreamers and happy Monday!

As I am heading back to work and preparing my materials for classes, I am thinking about the most fortunate ones, who get to enjoy these last hot days. And if you are one of them who has some free time to enjoy, here I come with a proposal to make the most of these last Summer days!
- Picnics & BBQs: The weather in September is often mild, making it perfect for outdoor meals. Grab a blanket, pack a basket, and enjoy a meal in your local park or backyard.
- Local Festivals: Many places host end-of-summer or early fall festivals in September. Check local listings for food, music, or art festivals happening in your area.
- Nature Walks: As summer transitions to fall, you’ll start seeing a change in foliage. Enjoy nature walks or hikes in your local forest, nature reserve, or park.
- Beach Day: If you live near the coast, hit the beach. The water might be at its warmest in early September, and the crowds will likely be thinner.
- Camping: Experience the great outdoors with a camping trip. September is a great time as the nights are cooler, and there are fewer bugs.
- Stargazing: Clear September nights are great for stargazing. Head to a spot far from city lights, bring a blanket or reclining chair and enjoy the night sky. Don’t forget a stargazing app or guidebook!
- Outdoor Sports: Play tennis, go for a bike ride, try paddleboarding, or any other outdoor activity you love.
- Gardening: Prepare your garden for the fall, or plant some late-summer crops.
- Farmers Markets: Visit your local farmers market to get fresh produce. September often sees a bounty of both summer and early fall harvests.
- Open-Air Cinema: Some places host outdoor movie nights. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy a film under the stars.
- Crafts: Create some summer-inspired crafts, or start early on autumn-themed projects.
- Cooking and Baking: Make the most of the summer produce while it lasts. Make jams, pies, and other recipes that capture the essence of summer.
- Photography: Capture the beauty of the changing seasons. September offers a mix of summer and fall aesthetics that can make for stunning photos.
- Road Trip: Take a short road trip to a nearby town or attraction you’ve never visited. The journey can be just as fun as the destination.
- Read Outside: Grab a good book and read in a park, garden, or by the water.
- Attend Outdoor Concerts: Many areas have outdoor concerts or performances in September, offering a chance to enjoy music in a relaxed setting.
- Plan for Fall: While it’s essential to savor the last summer days, it can also be invigorating to plan some fun fall activities like apple picking, visiting a pumpkin patch, or planning a fall-themed party.
It’s not much, but it allows you to make the most of the remaining time left until sweater weather.
Now, I’m leaving you with plenty of ideas while I go take care of the paperwork.
