Happy Sunday afternoon!
As many of you know, somewhere in the world is a dreamer girl who has a thing for cooking and baking. She somehow tries to help the world with her recipes, but in a present filled with only diet foods, she feels like an intruder with her favorite dishes.
The foods she makes are tasty, filled with savor, sometimes fats and carbs, but the people that didn’t study nutrition like her, and only read on the internet about macronutrients, are scared, of her ideas.
She tries so hard, to make them understand that a healthy lifestyle, is a full experience, starting from hydration, sleep, food, and activity. And all are linked. And eating anything you want is possible if there is a balance.
Yet, conception like starvation, dieting, and fasting is outgrowing her, so what’s to be done?
An idea came to her while ordering a greek dish, from a fast-food restaurant: it’s time for a trojan horse.
So, here she is, telling you, a new pasta recipe, disguised in a salad recipe, cause pasta is one of her favorite foods, with no calorie count, but with hints about the nutrients.
Let’s read her recipe and, leave comments below with personal opinions.

- tuna can (240 g) for protein
- 1 medium to small cucumber to hydrate while eating

- 2 tomatoes for water, vitamins, and carotenoids

- half a carrot to enjoy your carbs
- 1 lemon for vitamin C
- salt
- ground pepper
- dried basil, oregano, thyme
- chili powder
- 250 g pasta

Wash your veggies and peel them where needed. Cut them as small as you can.
In a pan, boil the pasta as you wish.
Squeeze the lemon,
Mix the boiled pasta, with the veggies. Add the lemon juice, salt, chili, and herbs. Make sure everything is incorporated and your salad is uniform.
Enjoy it without guilt for de next 2-3 lunches or with 2-3 friends.
