Good evening dreamers!
We are seriously facing some times.. difficult times, so, we’re pretty much worried, stressed out, and with our eyes on the news. The situation is even tenser, day by day and I seriously start to think about what’s going to happen in 2024 cause I’m starting to see a pattern. Yet, tonight’s post has the purpose to sweeten your life, and maybe, just maybe, make you feel better.
Why? Well, let me ask you a simple question: Roze is or isn’t dessert?
I’m a big fan of rose wine and I like to drink a glass every other night. I think this wine has a bunch of flavors to delight my tastebuds and to make my days prettier.
For this weekend, I decided to celebrate the end of the month o love, in spite of war, with a rose Panna-cotta.
Ingredients:
For the first layer, you’ll need:
- 250 ml cream (whipped);
- 50 g sugar;
- 45 ml cold milk;
- 5 g gelatine;
- vanilla flavor;
For the second layer:
- 10 g gelatine;
- rose wine, 250 ml;
- 10 g sugar.
How to make it:
- For the first layer:
- Start with the first layer:
- Mix the gelatine with cold milk and leave it min. 5 min.
- In a pot, mix the sugar and cream, put it on fire, and with a spoon, mix until it starts to boil.
- Add the vanilla
- Add the hydrated gelatine and stir energic until it’s melted.
- Pour everything into bowls or glasses and put it in the fridge until it hardens.
- For the second layer, you need to:
- Mix the gelatine with wine.
- Add the sugar and stir it in a pan on the stove. Boil it until the sugar it’s melted and leave it to cool a bit.
- When it’s cooler, but not jello, pour everything on top of the second layer and put it in the fridge.
- When it’s ready (it’s jello on top), decorated as you wish, and enjoy every bit of it!

And voila! Now, you can eat your favorite drink! You can use any wine flavor you want, I for sure will try with champagne and shiraz next time!
For now, that’s pretty much it! Let’s enjoy the weekend, shall we?
