Citrus spicy chicken

How are you today and what plans do you have for the upcoming weekend? 

Today I will delight you with a recipe to try these days!

Shall we start my dears?

You’ll need:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • white wine
  • tomato sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili
  • half a lemon
  • a small apple
  • basil
  • thyme
  • oregano

Now, let’s see how to prepare it!

  1. Let’s wash the tomatoes, peel the onion, and clove.
  2. Cut the onions and garlic.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts and tender them.
  4. Aromatize it with salt, pepper, chili, and oregano.
  5. Mix it with the veggies you cut.
  6. Add the juice from the lemon and 150 ml wine.
  7. Put it in the fridge until you finish the rest of the preparation.
  8. Wash and slice the grapefruit.
  9. In a grill tray, add 50ml wine, a few drops of oil. When it’s hot, add the grapefruit on low fire. Let it boil. Add water in case it evaporates.
  10. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the meat mix.
  11. Wash and slice the apple. Add it to the grapefruit with some water.
  12. Get the mix out of the fridge and separate the breast from the veggies.
  13. Put them in the grill, next to the fruits, and leave them until the fruits are getting moist.
  14. When the fruits are moist, leave only the breast and grill them.
  15. In a separate wok pan, add the mixture, the breasts were in, and start boiling it.
  16. Add the slices of apple, and wine, depending on your taste.
  17. When it starts to boil, add 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, basil, and thyme.
  18. When all the veggies are boiled, crush them, making a puree.
  19. And that’s it!
