A wine’s story/ Christmas menu

Hello guys! Excited that half of the week is done? I sure am! I successfully finished a task that’s due on Monday and now I can focus even more on Christmas activities!

As you could see in my previous articles, I covered a few hot topics related to the upcoming holiday. I talked about time management during the holiday season, about gifts, feelings, Playlists, movies, bucket lists but I didn’t talk about one of the essential things… To live… I didn’t talk about a holiday menu.
And because mid-weeks are stressful I decided to start with something that we can enjoy anytime… Almost any time… The wine.

When I had my final paper to become an engineer, I had to research the quality of Recas red wines.
Long story short, the wines are amazing and of course, they are high-quality wines.
Being a bit artsy and being told to personalize my presentation, I took a short photoshoot of the wines in my backyard winery and I posted on Instagram after the presentation. Fast forward two years later in our present days, I received an invitation to share the story of Recas wines. So, here I am telling you my story with Recas wines.
I’m not a person that drinks often, I only drink on a few occasions, holidays when I’m not driving, some parties, some special occasions but my favorite occasion is when I need some me-time. I am a rose drinker and many experts out there can criticize me that I’m not associating correctly the wines and foods. And sometimes they are most definitely correct. I am a teacher of public alimentation science and I teach my kids these things. But I also teach them that feeling good about themselves and their experiences is important too. So, sometimes I break the rules and enjoy my rose no matter what food I’m eating, what time of the day it is. Recas wineries have a generous variety of roses with a story. Sole wine tells a story familiar to my story. Love essence for sunny days.
Our love story is not sunny but, it the proof that after the storm there are sunny days.
Same are we. A relationship is not always sunny, it has ups and downs that make us grow up together, stronger.
We met at a very young age, kids love as many can say. Yet, the faith got us back together almost 13 years later. The future is unknown. The past formed us and transformed us into who we are today. The present is what matters and I know that there is sun after every cloud around us. Maybe it’s because I love rose, maybe because I think that it’s a good representation of our love story, but I pretty much love Recas Sole Wine.

I recommend you this holiday season if you have the opportunity to try this rose wine at Christmas dinner.
As for the whole experience of shooting for this competition?
It was one of the most natural photoshoots I taken. It was just two open hearts that showed what they felt in front of the camera like no one was watching like they were all alone in this whole big world.

Of course, we were not alone, we had our friends from Retraieste cu Dor, by our side that supported us and made this magic possible and we want to thank them.

Here are some shots we took that tell our story with no words, I hope you’ll enjoy them.

See you tomorrow and have #adreamerlife,
Crissu
