Dreamer

So, hello my dears! As days go by and our Christmas mood is increasing, I come with a proposal for this end of the weekend.

As I said before, Christmas these days is not only about love and kindness and pure hearts, is about gifts too. I’m not talking about consumerism. I’m talking about the feeling we had as kids when it was to open gifts on Christmas Morning. The feelings we had when we believed in Santa. No matter what was under the tree, if it was what we hoped or not, the fact that Santa didn’t forget about us was unbelievable. Santa gave us a present.

Now, we are grown-ups. Now, we became Santa. Now, we are inside the magical story so, same as the other kind of magic, when you know the secret, well the feeling fades. And it fades until there’s nothing special about it anymore.

Tonight, I hope that you’ll come to the path of magic with me. I hope that you’ll grab a piece of paper and a pen and write a letter to Santa. Maybe magic doesn’t exist. Maybe, it’s stupid. But maybe, Santa or someone else will make your wish come true. We have the choice to either belief in magic or don’t but, as a dreamer, I choose to believe. 

I choose to think that somehow this activity will lead me, us, closer to the feeling we had as kids. And who knows, maybe we’ll find some things under the tree.

Here’s mine.

Dear Santa,

I know this year has been a lot. Also, it was a short year. It feels like yesterday I was putting down the Christmas tree, and now it’s up again. No Santa, I’m not trying to sugar-coat my letter. I know that I can be on the Naughty list, but I hope that you’ll balance my deeds and you’ll visit me. Anyhow, I’ll promise I’ll be better next year! 

To help you, just in case, I made a list of things I want, and here it is:

-I want more love in my life, more peace, and fulfillment.

-I want health for me, my family, and honestly the whole world.

-I want to be happier if it is possible.

-I want a white Christmas.

-I want a romantic Christmas Eve.

-I want magic this Christmas.

-I want -8 C three days in a row, so I can make Ice wine for my final paper.

-I want every stray pet to find a forever home.

-I want the power to change even more.

-And if it is not too much, maybe the keys to a 2020 White Audi RS7.
