๐บ๐ธIt’s Tuesday, so it’s time to talk a bit about time management! In my previous articles (Jannuary goals/ Happy new year 2021?), I mentioned something about a planner for 2021.
I said it before, and I’m going to do it some more: I’m not, or at least I wasn’t an organized person. I would see everywhere some nice bujo’s and, I don’t have drawing talent. Yet, I might have a skill for Canva.
Well, since 2018, I started to experiment with some monthly, weekly, and daily planners made by me. In a notebook, I’ll set some goals; I’ll write things I have to do, and so on.
For last year (2020), I made a planner for me and my besties. It was a weekly planner for the whole year. I think it was cute, but indeed, it was my first like this, so it wasn’t perfect. Completing it, I realized what didn’t work and, for this year, I made some improvements. I’m sure it’s not perfect, but it’s a new version for a new year!
Now, if you are interested in creating your planner, here are some guidelines I followed:
- I went for daily instead of weekly. Having a daily format instead of weekly, allows me to visualize better my task and complete it efficiently. When I went for weekly, I was more prone to delay my actions.
- For every day, I went for a grid with things that I have to do, I have to buy, and that I have to keep in my mind.
- Also, this year, in collaboration with my friend Wazzy, I added some questions about self-development.
- Going up, the weekly pattern includes Goals and important things!
- For every month, I set up a Lifestyle tracker and a budget tracker. Also, I have a bucket list for every season( Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).
- For the beginning of the year, besides some “past” related exercises, I thought about some yearly goals, a vision board, and of course, a place where it’s possible to write down “The perfect year”.
- I honestly went for a childish design to keep me happy and in the right place for visualisation.
My advice is to keep a planner. It helps you, makes your day easier and, it gets things done. Also, many studies show that it’s a healthy habit, relaxing, it keeps you motivated, and helps with your memory!

๐ท๐ดE marศi deci e momentul sฤ discutฤm puศin despre time-management! รn articolele precedente (Obiective Ianuarie, La multi ani 2021?), am menศionat ceva despre un planner pentru 2021.
Am spus-o รฎnainte ศi o sฤ o mai spun: nu sunt, sau mฤ rog nu ERAM o persoanฤ organizatฤ. Vedeam peste tot niศte jurnale drฤguศe dar, eu nu am talente de genul. Totuศi, e posibil sฤ am o afinitate pentru Canva.
Ei bine, din 2018, am cochetat cu cรขteva plannere, sฤptฤmรขnale, lunare ศi zilnice, fฤcute de mine. รntr-un caiet, รฎmi scriam obiectivele, diverse activitฤศi pe care trebuia sฤ le fac ศi aศa mai departe.
Pentru anul trecut (2020), am fฤcut un planner pentru mine ศi fete. A fost unul sฤptฤmรขnal pentru รฎntreg anul. Cred cฤ ieศise miศto, dar sฤ fim serioศi, era primul meu planner, nu a fost nici pe departe apropiat de perfecศiune. Completandu-l am realizat ce hibe avea, ce nu mergea, iar pentru anul ฤsta, am fฤcut cรขteva รฎmbunฤtฤศiri. Sunt sigurฤ cฤ nu e perfect, dar e o versiune nouฤ pentru un an nou!
Acum, dacฤ sunteศi interesaศi รฎn a vฤ crea propriul planner, aici sunt cรขteva linii de ghidare pe care le-am urmat:
- Am mers pe zilnic รฎn loc de sฤptฤmรขnal. Avรขnd un format pentru fiecare zi รฎn parte, รฎmi permite sฤ vizualizez mai bine atribuศiile, activitฤศile ศi sฤ le rezolv eficient. Anul trecut, cรขnd aveam un sistem sฤptฤmรขnal, lฤsam totul pe ultima zi.
- Pentru fiecare zi am ales o grilฤ cu: acศiuni pe care trebuie sฤ le fac, lucruri de cumpฤrat ศi ce trebuie sฤ am รฎn vedere! De asemenea, cu ajutorul lui Wazzy, am adaugat cateva exercitii de dezvoltare personala.
- Crescรขnd la sฤptฤmรขnฤ, formatul este simplist: obiective ศi lucruri importante!
- Pentru fiecare lunฤ, am realizat un tracker pentru stilul de viaศฤ ศi unul pentru buget. De asemenea, pentru fiecare anotimp am cรขte un bucket list.
- Pentru รฎnceputul anului, pe lรขngฤ cรขteva exerciศii legate de “trecut”, am mers pe o structurฤ ce cuprinde: obiective anuale, vision board ศi desigur, o parte pentru a descrie cum aratฤ anul perfect!
- Am ales un design copilฤros, care mฤ face fericitฤ ศi mฤ duce รฎn acel loc perfect pentru vizualizare.
Sfatul meu este sฤ ศineศi un planner. Vฤ ajutฤ, vฤ face zilele mai uศoare ศi sincer, cu un planner chiar faceศi ce vฤ propuneศi. De asemenea, multe studii aratฤ cฤ este un obicei sฤnฤtos, relaxant, menศine motivaศia ศi ajutฤ cu memoria!
Acum, aศ fi รฎncรขntatฤ sฤ aud despre sau sฤ vฤd niศte plannere handmade, dar dacฤ nu aveศi timp sau abilitaศi, puteศi sฤ descarcaศi varianta mea pe luna Ianuarie. Anul acesta mi-am propus sฤ รฎncarc lunar, astfel รฎncรขt fiecare sฤ se poatฤ bucura ศi sฤ รฎศi รฎmbunฤtฤศeascฤ stilul de viaศฤ!
