🇺🇸Hello there! I hope you enjoyed your weekend! For today, I thought of something to make your Monday more bearable, of something a lil’ fluffy.

I am a cat person and I will always be. The same goes for my family!
As long as I can remember, we always had at least one cat.

My first cat was called “Mitzuriki”, he was a black and white cat that came to our house. After, we had a ginger cat “Fritz” and a ginger and white “Dondonel”. We had them until I was at least 10. Then, it was simple. Kitties will come to eat what they can, stay outside, and be very independent. They will play, but not as much.

When I was 6-7, a black cat from neighbors came and had kitties in our attic. We kept them and raised them more “”spoiled”. We named them Andreea and Cosminel. They were brown-tiger and grey-tiger with white. unfortunately, the mom stayed with them only a little, but these kitties were amazing. Andreea lived a long and happy life, had many kitties, and thanks to her, our yard is full, literally.

I could tell you their name, but it’s easier to check my Ig account @akittenfamily and see for yourself, I will only tell you how it’s like to live with more than one cat.

I have to admit that I have more than one cat. From Andreea and her cubs I have six of them, but in our house came more because we adopted, and in our yard, we lost count. Yeah, you can call us crazy, we are aware that we might be, but we are also amazed every day, and even in the darkest moments, we can have a smile on our faces.

To live with more than one cat means that you have to:

• Have a smile on your face daily from the things they do (silly things I mean);
• Share your food even when you don’t want to;
• Share your bed or pillow;
• Postpone your leaving cause they find comfy your luggage;
• Wake up in the middle of the night to let them out, clean after them, play with them. You just have to wake up at night for something;
• Sell your soul to buy them the best food;
• Get used with having a cuddle partner, but only when they want to cuddle;
• Get used of talking with them, no more talking by yourself;
• Get used to be interrupted for playtimes;
• Postpone your deadlines because nap time is better on your desk; chair or even laptop;
• Have always hair on you;
• Get used of tripping thanks to them;
• Be looked at with a judgy face;
• Get used with emotional blackmail (not only puppy faces are irresistible);
• Pick up things after them;
• Spend a lot of money on toys, only to have card boxes all around;
• Hire a Christmas Tree guardian;
• Be loved unconditionally but same time having your privacy cause they won’t show it to you;
• Being ignored but understood;
• Get used with the idea of not being alone;
• Be in a posture of wishing for more hands to pet them all;
• Search for them for hours, only to find them sleeping in a weird place;
• Having a fluf for crying sessions;
• Be an arbiter in catfights;
• Live with Kings and Queens
• Be loved.

Those are just a few things that my cats do. It pretty much depends on how you raise them, but deep down main things are the same.

I hope that if you decide to adopt a cat, you’ll go with your decision until the end. Having a cat is a gift, have more is a blessing, but if you aren’t ready, just don’t make another cat a stray one.

If you decide to have a cat or more, adopt one! In general, stray cats are less temperamental so you can have a more friendly one. Also, they need a home too and they will be so grateful. I don’t have anything but ordinary cats, but one of the cubs transformed in an amazing cloud of fur and it looks like one with pedigree.

🇷🇴 Hei! Sper că v-ați bucurat de weekend!

Pentru astăzi m-am gândit la ceva să vă facă lunea mai suportabilă, la ceva puțin mai pufos.

Sun genul de persoană cu pisici și mereu voi fi. La fel este și familia mea! De când mă știu am avut cel puțin o pisică în curte. Primul meu motan era numit “Mitzuriki”, era un motan negru. L-am avut cam până când am făcut eu 10 ani. După a fost simplu. Pisici veneau de peste tot și mâncau ce puteau, stăteau afară și erau foarte indepenente. Se jucau și ele dar nu așa mult.

Cam pe când eram de 6-7ani, o pisică neagră din vecini a venit și a făcut puiuți în podul casei. I-am păstrat și i-am crescut cu mare drag, facandu-i deci răsfățați. I-am numit Cosminel și Andreea și erau tigrișori gri cu alb respectiv maro. Din nefericire mămica nu a stat prea mult cu ei. Andreea a trăit o viață lungă, fericită și a avut mulți pisoi, mulțumită ei, noi având acum curtea plină, la propriu.

Aș putea să vi le enumăr dar e mai ușor să vă uitați pe contul de Instagram @akittenfamily, singurul lucru pe care vi-l spun e că am mai multe pisici.

De la Andreea și puii ei, acum avem pisici, dar în casa noastră sunt mai multe pentru că am adoptat, în curte nu mai zic, am pierdut numărătoarea. Da, puteți spune că suntem nebune, cumva suntem conștiente că e posibil să fim, dar de asemenea suntem uimite în fiecare zi, și chiar și în cele mai negre momente, tot avem un zâmbet pe față.

Să trăiești cu mai multe pisici înseamnă să:

• Ai un zâmbet pe față zilnic de la chestiile pe care le fac (chestii prostești mă refer);
• Îți împarți mâncarea chiar și când nu vrei;
• Îți împarți perna sau patul;
• Amâni plecări pentru că bagajul tău e confortabil;
• Te trezești în mijlocul nopții să le lași afară, să le hrănești, să strângi după ele, să te joci cu ele. Trebuie doar să te trezești pentru ceva;
• Îți vinzi sufletul să le cumperi cea mai bună mâncare;
• Ai un partener de alintat, dar doar când vrea el;
• Te obișnuiești să vorbești cu ele, gata cu vorbitul singur;
• Te obișnuiești să fii întrerupt pentru pauze de joacă;
• Îți amâni treburile urgente pentru că somnul e mai bun pe birou, scaun, laptop;
• Ai mereu păr pe tine;
• Te împiedici de ele;
• Te obișnuiești cu șantajul emoțional (nu doar ochii de cățeluși sunt irezistibili);
• Aduni chestii după ele;
• Cheltui o mulțime de bani pe jucării, că să se joace numai cu cartoanele; Angajezi un paznic pentru bradul de Crăciun;
• Fii iubit necondiționat dar în același timp să ai parte de intimitate că nu o să-ți arate că te apreciază;
• Te obișnuiești cu ideea că nu mai ești singur;
• Fii în postura de ați mai dori mâini să le alinți pe toate;
• Le cauți cu orele doar că să le găseșți dormind într-un loc ciudat;
• Ai un pufos pentru sesiunile de plâns;
• Fii arbitru în lupte de pisici;
• Trăiești cu regi și regine;
• Fii iubit!

Astea sunt doar o parte din lucrurile pe care le fac pisicile mele. Depinde foarte mult cum le crești, dar în esență sunt la fel.

Sper că dacă te decizi să adopți o pisică sau încă o pisică, să mergi până la capăt. Să ai o pisică e un dar, să ai mai multe e o binecuvântare, dar dacă nu ești pregătit, nu mai creea o pisică a străzii.

Dacă te decizi să ai o pisică sau mai multe, adoptă! În general, pisicile maidaneze sunt mai puțin temperamentale așa că poți avea una prietenoasă.

De asemnea, ele au nevoie de o casă și o să fie recunoscătoare. Nu am altceva decât pisici obișnuite, dar unul dintre pisoi s-a transformat într-un nor de blană ca unul cu pedigree.
