When it is too much?

Have you ever wondered when it is too much? When you should stop? When it is time to let it go? To go away? To stop focusing on you two and start doing it on yourself?

Have you ever wondered if what you have it is still healthy? Or it passed the toxic line without your notice?

If yes, you should know that it passed the line and it is time for changes…

If you got to the point to wonder about those things, you already “fixed” some issues. But are they really fixed? Or are they still haunting you?

Any type of relationship (family, couple, friends etc.) can be healthy with less happy. But you will never see a happy relationship if it is toxic.

When yelling is the new hello, when fighting is the new hug, when mad all the time is the new happy all the time, when the  excuses to stay in are the new reason to go out, when violence is the new “way to show you care” and “sorry” is a daily word you should take a break and think. About yourself, about this relationship and what it means.

When all of  this occur it still make sense to go on? To be unhappy? To try revive the dead cat in the kitchen?

Or it is the time to end it for your both good?

Where is the love you two once shared?
